The Big Bang Theory Season 8 Episodes 1-10 review

The Big Bang Theory Season 8 Episodes 1-10 Review

This series has grown stale with time. It does not help that I am constantly squirming in my seat. It seems to be nothing but recycled ideas at this point. These ideas are not even just derived from other sources but from the show itself. Even the touching romances between the characters seem to be growing sour. The only other notable aspect of these episodes is Howards startling antipathy towards Stewart. If anything the cast grows nastier with each passing episode. With last season there was at the very least character development. This season seems to be just standard sitcom fare. In conclusion I would say this series is trying to the patience of even loyal fans.

The Big Bang Theory seasons 1-7 review

Seeing as I have not updated this blog in ages and father day has just passed. What better way to celebrate than with a review of something with absolutely nothing to do with any of that.

The Big Bang Theory Seasons 1-7 directed by Mark Cendrowski, produced by Chuck Lorre Productions  & Warner Bros. Television Review

Leonard and his friends went about their rather ordinary lives until a beautiful neighbor moves in across the hall. Penny winds up turning their lives upside down. Insanity ensues as their lives move forward.

In its earlier seasons, Big bang Theory is actually quite entertaining. That being said, as the shows goes on the cast becomes increasingly unlikeable and the story lines begin recycling elements from previous episodes. As of the end of season 7 the most likeable character is, ironically the most loathed by the other characters, Sheldon. Sheldon’s role in the series seems to be to act as deadpan comic relief.

The actor of Sheldon, Jim Parsons, seems to steal the show with an incredible performance. The other male leads occasionally do despicable things and come across as total hypocrites at times. I kind of wish the show followed the female leads more often as they are by far more entertaining than their male counterparts. It might be recommended to simply to watch the earlier seasons but there is far worse  fare out there if you choose watch it in its entirety.
